Wheat

Non-Durum Wheat:

Non-Durum Wheat is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and sodium and it contains abundant Magnesium, Phosphorus, Manganese and Selenium.

Durum Wheat:

Durum Wheat is the hardest of all wheat and has the higher protein and gluten content than Non-Durum Wheat and other types of wheat.

Canola Oil has lowest levels of the fats (Saturated fats and Trans fats) among all vegetable oils, but it is rich in two fatty acids (Alpha-linolenic acid and Linoleic acid), which can protect against heart attacks and strokes, control blood glucose and is important for brain and the growth of infants. Also, Canola is free of cholesterol and high content of Vitamin E, which may help reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer and loss of memory.

Canola Oil is used for all types of cooking practices: stir-frying, deep-frying and baking, even it can be cooked in high heat for long periods of time.
